Our moulds extensive use of special alloys, tight manufacturing tolerances, and the gap between the upper and lower sides of the mold is reasonable through a wire cutting process, with a gap of 0.8-1mm.

The mould being processed by heat treatment,the carburized thickneess reach 1.2~1.5mm and the hardness of mould shoe reach HRC58-62,and the Tamper head plate reach HRC55-56 after heat treatment to ensure the moulds with good service lifespan.
