Concrete Batching Machine
The concrete batching machine is an automatic batching device that cooperates with the mixer to work together as part of block making plant. It can automatically complete the batching of 2-4 kinds of materials according to the user-defined mixing ratio. The batching machine and the JS1000 or JS750 or JS500 mixers can be used together to form a simple concrete mixing plant.
It is an ideal equipment for high-performance concrete production in various construction projects, small and medium-sized construction sites and precast plants.

All the batching machine must be polished before spraying anti-rust paint, after the polishing is done then spray anti-rust paint, then color spraying, and finally put on a bright paint should be apply on the batching machine.
The leg of batching machine will be dismantled before the container loading and the fasten must be done after the the batching machine enter the container ensure it is under good protection during the long-distance transportation.
The concrete batching machine could be designed as “Y” type of “inline” type according to customer’s land and area.
