QT12 Automatic Block making machine
I. Brief Introduction
QT12-15 is a hydraulically operated block machine with the optional vario-servo vibrator and is well known for its high performance and excellent flexibility.
The intuitive SIEMENS control makes this the ideal machine for the economic production of paving stones,hollow block,solid block,paver and curb stone kerbs, special products.
With double Pallets of Automatic Block Stacker,fully automatic concrete block machine it allows the Forklift to transfer the block at 6 pallets each time,Concrete Block Machine and paver at 18 pallets each time,Concrete Block making machine greatly improve the efficiency of Forklift and save the diesel.
The complete facemix section of the QT12-15 can be unclamped and hinged away for an simple mould change as well as allowing an easy machine clean-up and maintenance.
The machine consists of a rigid heavy-duty main frame and features high value standard components such as the opening facemix section with hydraulic clamping, the feedbox and hopper are height adjustable.Automatic Block making machine

IV. Detail introduction for QT12-15 block making machine
(1) Vibration System
① Two Siemens motor being installed behind the vibration table, with Frequency inverter, vibration speed can be increased or decreased in short time,which greatly save the cycle time thus to increase the production capacity
② Vibration table places on the optimizing distributed rubber springs for better vibrating and anti-vibrating,hang vibration table could bear violent vibration without any damage to crack. And vibration table placed on rubber spring could greatly reduce noise around 15 decibel and avoid damage to machine.
③The vertical vibration made by eccentric vibration shaft will guarantee the quality and density of concrete products
(2) Solid Structure
The frame structure of the machine body is welded by high-quality Q235A square tube.
The wall thickness of tube at 8mm. The structure is stable and reliable, strong anti-vibration ability, strong vibration resistance, strong excitation force and with long service life.
The double vane pump is world famous brand “Sunny” to coordinate proportional valve,the vibration amplitude and frequency could be adjusted freely. With proportional valve, the flow and pressure of each movement could be adjusted on touch panel according to actual situation,making machine running quickly and without impact.

(4) PLC Control system
Combined with German automatic control technology and system, it adopts German Siemens programmable controller (PLC) and Siemens touch screen control to make each action accurate and reliable, computer operation saves time and effort, easy operation and with low failure rate.
The touch screen can save 10 types of cement products’s Parameters. When changing different molds, the data can be retrieved at any time, and the parameters doesn’t need to reset when changing the moulds. In order to avoid machine failure caused by mistake operation, the control system has an automatic interlock function. If the Tamper head of block making machine is not lifted, the Material feeding cart cannot enter to feed the material to mould shoe.
Remote service and Internet of Things(IoT) technology in our control system allows our customer could resolve the problem in shortest time,the parameter in touch screen can be set from Mobile phone by our technician in our office in China.
The touch screen on the customer's site is synchronized with our office technician's mobile phone screen.It is Internet of things technolog(Iot),it has been widely used for
many of our customers.
(5) Feeding cart
The new type feeding cart can feed the material into the mold very quickly and evenly, the feeding teeth is easy to be changed, easy to replace and easy to maintain.
(6) Material door discharging
The door of the aggregate hopper is driven by cylinder and also can be adjusted,which can reduce cement solidification aftermixing.
The mold frame and the head plate of all the molds adopt the box-type multi-functional furnace carbon nitriding technology. After the heat treatment, the surface hardness can reach 45-68HRC to ensure the service life of the mold ,to assure the lifespan of mould can reach more than 100,000 cycles.
The color pavement brick mold frame adopts a whole steel plate wire cutting process, with precise vertical corners and smooth sidewalls, which are both beautiful and practical.
